where can i find which pokemon?
Maybe you noticed, maybe not, but we have put on the boards and in a few guides that certain types of Pokemon can only be found in certain places, so below is a list of Pokemon Types and where they can be found. Please only catch Pokemon in the places where they can be found! If a Pokemon is dual type, and it doesn't say where you can find the dual type, then assume that it is at the location of it's strongest type. You would find Bronzor with the Steel Type Pokemon, for example.
Normal Type Locations: Apollo Forest (Route 4), Sunny Meadows (Route 1), Redleaf Forest (Route 7)
Fighting Type Locations: Fight Cave (Route 4)
Flying Type Locations: Apollo Forest (Route 4), Sunny Meadows (Route 1), Redleaf Forest (Route 7)
Poison Type Locations: Graywater Swamp (Route 6)
Ground Type Locations: The Inula Mountains (Route 5)
Rock Type Locations: The Inula Mountains (Route 5)
Bug Type Locations: Apollo Forest (Route 4), Redleaf Forest (Route 7), Sunny Meadows (Route 1), Kato Forest (Route 3), Lake Yanva (Sayron Town)
Ghost Type Locations: Ghost-Temple (Lamos Village)
Steel Type Locations: The Inula Mountains (Route 5)
Fire Type Locations: Sunny Meadows (Route 1)
Water Type Locations: Lake Dahti (Route 5), Maple River (Route 2), Cloudyshore Beach, Lake Yanva (Sayron Town)
Grass Type Locations: Apollo Forest (Route 4), Sunny Meadows (Route 1), Redleaf Forest (Route 7)
Electric Type Locations: Power Plant (Route 6)
Psychic Type Locations:Apollo Forest (Route 4)
Ice Type Locations: Lake Dahti (Route 5), The Inula Mountains (Route 5)
Dragon Type Locations: Oakleaf Ruins
Dark Type Locations: Graywater Swamp (Route 6)
Note: SOME Flying Type Pokemon can be caught at Maplewood Park
